Buy now & saveUsing QBDT Accountant similar issue. The manually downloaded the transactions through import in the bank center. No recognized accounts in the COA - strange since the credit cards have been in place for over a year. I deactivated the online service with the intention to reconnect. When I attempted to connect through the bank center the website wasn't myaccountaccess.com. Instead it was Elan Financial with webpages distorted. Options were marketing related. No where to log in online. If I have to manually enter all these transactions for my client it is going to cost them a fortune. How can we get this fixed? I see the last post was over a month ago.
