I see how challenging for you to lose 15 years worth of attachments in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and not find a way to retrieve them.

As much as the Community wants to help, we recommend contacting our support team again. They have all the necessary tools to check the issue of your data. Then, provide your case number to our representative so you won't repeat the same information.
