We highly appreciate the efforts you take to help fix your concern, @AnthonyS2. As an individual who understands the significance of efficiently importing bills in batches to upload transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), I'd like to offer an alternative method to help you achieve your goal.

In addition to clearing your cache and refreshing the page, consider using a different supported browser and logging into your QBO account from there, as this may resolve the issue. It's essential to note that QuickBooks supports various image formats such as PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG. However, if you are using a newer iPhone or iPad, your images might be in the HEIC format, which can convert images to a compatible format.

Moreover, you can check this article to learn more details about uploading bills in QBO: Upload your receipts to QuickBooks Online.

On the other hand, you can email your expense receipts and bills directly to get them into QBO. If you require further guidance on this process, feel free to refer to the following link: Email receipts and bills to QuickBooks Online.

The thread is always open if you have further questions regarding importing bills or any QuickBooks-related concerns. I'm always here to help and guide. Keep safe!
