I was able to see that my bookkeeper did something odd in the log where they were labeling the payment to a person and then edited the payment to $0, then voided it, which looks to have triggered the refund to the client. I have reached out to them to resolve the issue. Appreciate the help figuring out what the issue stemmed from.
