Thank you for joining the thread, Bree. I'll provide ways to help you get the transaction list of your customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Acquiring the customer transaction list can be achieved in three ways. You can check the All Sales page, access the customer's profile, or run a report. I'll write down the steps for each process and attach images as a reference for seamless navigation.

To access the transactions through the All Sales page, here's how:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, click the Sales tab.
  3. Select All sales.
  4. You can add filters to the page to show specific transactions from a specific customer. If you want to see transactions from all of your customers, you'll need to filter the Customer field and select All.
  5. You can export it outside the program by clicking the Export icon.

For visual reference, see the screenshot below.

You can also access the customer's profile so you can focus on reviewing their transactions. These are the steps:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, click the Customers & leads tab.
  3. Choose a customer you want to review. In their profile, current and existing transaction will be displayed.
  4. If you want to download a copy of those transactions, click the Export icon.

Refer to the screenshot below for visual guidance.

To accomplish this using a report, here are the steps:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, click the Reports tab.
  3. In the Search bar, enter Transaction List by Customer and then click on the result.
  4. Filter the date in the Report period field to show specific data. If you want to download a copy of the report, click the More actions button.
  5. You can download them through Export to Excel, Export as CSV, and Print/Save as PDF.
