Get 50% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months*
Buy nowQuickbooks told me the application isn't theirs, however I have a thread which clearly shows it has been. I was told by Intuit upgrading to the newest Mac Desktop version would not have an effect on "MyTime" but the fact is it quit, I lost the ability to update lists and when I tried to import time already there it failed.
I had to revert to the previous version of Quickbooks and then had to manually record three weeks worth of time and try to figure out what other updates I had done to QB - took me two days in total to get it somewhat back to where I was before Tech Support told me there would be no problem.
This is the second time Intuit has screwed me over with updates that completely trashed my books... very frustrating. I will just keep using what I have until I can find another accounting software that will do the job. They have monopolized this software and even when I paid for a desktop application, want no more updates, they have forced me to pay their years subscription yet provide no support.
