We run a concession and a fan store at our academy. The people who usually work those places are working to reduce the tuition payment they owe. We use a different system for the tuition payment, so when we post the amount relating to the hours worked in the other system, it's an offline payment that doesn't show as a transaction on QB from our bank account.
