How do I record purchases and receipts made with my business checking debit card? Do I enter the purchase in expenses or wait until it hits my account electronically?
I am getting different results in recording debit card purchases . Do I enter them manually and let Quickbooks Auto Match the receipt when it hits my bank account electronically? Sometimes it works and sometime it records one transaction as two. Also, how do I match the receipt that I snap with my QB mobile app?
