I wish Intuit would stop changing the way the invoice process works. The last 3 invoices I created all gave me the same error. Tried clearing browser cache. Still does it: I create a new invoice for an existing customer. Complete the details. Click the Save and Send button at the bottom. Another screen appears on top of the current screen with a preview of the invoice. I click the Send button. The preview window goes away and now I am back at the invoice detail page, but, the buttons at the bottom STILL say "Save" and "Save and Send". Why are you still giving me this option? I JUST sent the invoice. Didn't I? Having a doubt about this I click the Save button at the bottom so that I can exit the page, then go back to my list of invoices so I can see the history of the invoice. As soon as I click the Save button I get an error message across the top: "You and [name] were working on this at the same time. [name] finished before you did, so your work was not saved." By the way [name] is me. I am conflicting with myself? If I click the X button at the top right, the invoice detail page closes. Now I can go to the invoices page to view my list of invoices. For whatever reason this list is never sorted by date (annoying) so I sort the list, find my new invoice and finally confirm that it was sent, despite the error. I realize the way to avoid getting the error is to NOT click the Save button at the bottom of the page and instead just click the X to close the window. But who in their right mind would NOT click a 'Save' button if it's right there on the screen. Please fix this.
