Thank you for utilizing the Community page. Allow me to help you send an international payment in QuickBooks Online.
We're unable to enter a non-U.S. person in your QBO account. But if you can enter a dummy Social Security Number and the business address in the meantime so you can get through it. As for the forms that you'll be using, I recommend getting in touch with the IRS to make sure that you will be filing the correct ones.
As an alternative option and to also avoid sync errors when adding a multi-currency vendor, bill, or payment, let's turn on the multi-currency feature.
Once done, you can already wire payments to international vendors. Here's how:
- Click on +New. Then select Pay Bills Online.
- Choose Unpaid bills.
- Select the bill that you want to pay.
- After setting up the vendor select International Transfer as the payment method.
- Review the payment details, then select Next.
- Select Edit details for changes.
- Click on Send Payment.
