I need to run a report that shows only actual quantity on hand and DOES NOT use PO qty, pending build qty or sales order qty.

Every report I have tried running will show some convoluted qty on hand using some combination of the above.

In preferences I have turned off using pending builds and sales order for qty available but I find no preference settings for calculating quantity on hand.

The inventory adjust function won't work as the quantity shown to adjust in a bin location is based off of qty available :-(

Why can't quickbooks just have normal standard accounting and inventory reports?

This should not be so hard to run a report that only shows actual quantities on hand as of a specific date!!

We are going to do a full physical on June 25th and at this time I can find no way to run a report showing these quantities.
