I've got just the details you need to help you resolve this so you can save your expense transaction seamlessly, @terrenova

The first step I can recommend is to check your browser's screen size. When the zoom rate is too high, it can cause buttons to fall off the screen. Working at 100% zoom or smaller is recommended to ensure you're receiving the complete picture. Here's how:

  1. Go to the menu icon (looks like a three-dotted line).
  2. Select the Settings option.
  3. Next, navigate the Appearance section.
  4. Tick the Font size dropdown and choose Small.
  5. Then, select the Page zoom dropdown and pick a number lesser than 100%.
  6. Once done, refresh the page. Then, open your QBO account.
  7. Please know that this will work on any page you open on your computer, not just QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Once done, check if you can now see the Save button on the Expense page.

If the same results, I now suggest clearing your browser's cache to have a clean slate. The cache in your browser stores files on your computer so that websites load faster the next time you visit. However, it fills up with old files over time, which can cause minor problems. If you're still can't see the Save button, you may want to use another supported browser when creating expenses.

In QBO, it's easy to track what you've spent for the business by pulling up an expense report. You can also modify the data by customizing it

If you need additional assistance in saving your transactions using the Save option, feel free to leave your response below. I got your back. Have a good one.
