Give it up and migrate off of Intuit products. These people do not care once they have sold you something. The Intuit "employees" on this support board are trained to talk in circles. There is a real lack of training in their organization and no one seems to care. Go look at Intuit customer reviews on BBB, TrustPilot, Yelp!, etc. .... they average 1/5 stars!!!
