It's great that you tried to check if there's damage on your company file and reinstalled QuickBooks Desktop. However, since you're still experiencing the same behavior, it's best to reach out to our Support Team so they can further investigate it and see what's causing this issue.

1. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter "Multi-Currency P&L", select Let's talk and then choose a way to connect.
