Buy now & saveHey Glinette, this question is about the closest I've seen to mine regarding the Sales Tax Liability Report. We use QBO and I am unable to match the dollar amount that QBO has for the last quarter Non-Taxable on the STLR. When I click on that number, it merely brings me to the invoice from where it was pulled. However, it does not give me a breakdown of how that number was calculated. On one invoice alone, I can not figure out what is considered exempt because the numbers don't add up to what I calculate by hand. Is there a way to better determine how QBO calculated the Non-Taxable amount? In order for us to file taxes, we must categorize what is exempt. I have played with the numbers for over 4 hours and can not determine how QBO calculated the Non-Taxable amount. It does me little good to know what invoice(s) the number is derived if I can't determine how the number was determined. Can you lend any insight to this dilemma? Thanks.
