Clearing the cache or deleting then re-adding the app doesn't help. I send a receipt and customer gets it the next day. My experience became so unworkable that I even bought a new S22 Samsung phone and things are only marginally better. Overall everything is slow, as if phone can't handle demands of app, but I think it is either a bug or virus infection in app. Today a bug notice from qbo popped up on app. It feels like even intuit knows something is up. I tried discussing issue with qbo customer service but we didn't speak the same language, if you know what I mean.
