Hi there, @dlucenahpm-gmail.

I agree with Just_me.  You may utilize the Audit log to get the information of the deleted invoice and recreate it. This report helps you keep track of added, deleted, and modified transactions, as well as user entries. It allows you to see the history of changes made to individual transactions or a range of multiple transactions. It can be customized by using the Filter tool to narrow down the data.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Audit Log.

  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to select the user, date, and events.

  4. Locate the deleted transaction.
    1. Use the browser search.
    2. Press Ctrl + on your keyboard.
    3. Enter a keyword about the deleted invoice.
  5. Under the History column, click View.
  6. You can find all the information needed for the transaction in the table.

Once entered, you can record invoice payment or match the invoice with the deposit made by customer.

If you have any follow-up questions or other concerns, please let me know in the comments below. I'd be glad to help you out again. Have a good day, @dlucenahpm-gmail!
