I moved to QBO Plus last week from desktop. I have already set up Track Classes - and triple checked it. After reading your response I went back to new invoice and still could not find a class field. I saw a link to use the old template and clicked on that. It has exactly what I need. I would suggest that Intuit add the Class field to the new template (or make it more clear).
