Buy nowWhen I open a previously paid bill, all of the info is broken: the expense account is listed as the AP account, the amount is changed to negative, the ref number is completely gone, and there is no account listed where the expense account should be.
This has affected all bills from 11/22/2016 to some point in 2019.
I've tried rebuilding the file, but the rebuild crashes every single time with an unrecoverable error message and then aborts the QB app.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling QB.
I've tried clearing my registry using CCleaner.
I've tried updating the .NET framework
I've tried updating my computer.
I'm at my wits end, what do I do when there is so much data broken?
