Upon further research, open vs overdue invoices will show up in a report depending on the manner of details it has been customized. Income and sales account has the same detail type which is generally your income so nothing to worry about.
Since the transaction detail of all your invoices doesn't display the account correctly, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. You can work with one of our specialists using tools, like screen sharing, to investigate the setup of your account and understand it. To do so:
- Go to Help.
- Select Search.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter a few words describing the display of accounts your invoices used in the What can we help you with? text area.
- Select Continue.
- Click Start a chat or Have us call you to connect with our team online.
