Your suggestion to customize the donation receipt template in QuickBooks Desktop is great, @kat81.
This functionality is currently unavailable in QBDT. Therefore, I advise providing us with feedback. This notifies our product engineer that you want the ability to change the sales receipt format. Here's how you can do it:
- Open the Help menu and choose Send Feedback Online.
- Select Product Suggestion.
- Pick a feedback type and product area on the QuickBooks Feedback window.
- Fill in your suggestion or feedback, name, and email address (As needed).
- Click on Send Feedback Online.
