Congrats on making your first post here in the Community. Let me share some insight about customer statements in your QuickBooks Online account.
You can easily include all the detail lines with the transactions with a few easy setting changes. Here's how:
- Go to Settings ⚙.
- Choose Account and settings.
- Select the Sales tab and go to the Statements section.
- Press Edit ✎.
- Pick List each transaction including all detail lines.
- Hit the Show aging table at bottom of statement option.
- Click Save and then Done.
If this doesn't work for you in the end, you can submit feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider adding this in the near future They take the time to review your request and try to include them in the next available update.
