I see you want to resolve issues when connecting your Square account to QuickBooks Online, @lisa. I've got some tips for you to keep things in order.

 

You can delete the second sales receipt by navigating to the App transactions page and removing them from there. Here's how:

 

  1. Open the Banking menu.
  2. Go to the App transactions tab.
  3. Locate and delete the SR transactions.

 

Furthermore, you manually change it to Non-Taxable Item. Make sure to also turn on sales tax so we can match it for you. If it's turned on, it will be compiled into one line item.
