I heard your sentiments about having the right to access the performance center in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @crazy2020.

 

You’re correct that owners or any shareholder set as standard users should have the right and access to this section to get better insights for the business. That option is possible knowing the subscription you have in QuickBooks. 

 

That said, we can ask your company administrator to permit you of accessing the performance center. Regardless if you are a standard user of the application, you can ask the admin to customize your role and include access to this feature.

 

You can ask your company admin to edit your role in the company by following the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Manage users.
  2. Look for the name of the user you want to edit access.
  3. Under the Action column, click Edit and select the existing role they need.
  4. Then, tap the Save button.
