Thanks for reaching out to us. If you're referring to the new view of the Customer Contact list report, the tax status option is currently unavailable. I suggest you submit feedback directly to our Product Engineers, as they are responsible for adding features in the future.

 

Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
  3. Enter your feedback or suggestions.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Choose Feedback for the category.
  6. Click Send.

As of now, the only workaround we can do to use the tax status option is to switch to the classic view.
