I am currently using the Pro desktop version of QuickBooks, and I run an academy business that offers 10 to 15 lessons. I want to track the profit and loss for each lesson.

Currently, I use jobs for each lesson, but it is cumbersome to input entries. This is because, to record daily transactions, I need to create 10 to 15 invoices for each lesson. Is there any other way where I can create only one invoice to record all the lessons for daily sales?

How do you typically track service items in QuickBooks Desktop?
