I understand that generating the Profit and Loss report is crucial for understanding our revenue and expenses. Allow me to assist you in locating the Detailed Profit and Loss report in your Business Overview. 

You can generate the report by subscribing to QuickBooks Essentials, Plus, or Advanced. If you've subscribed to Simple Start, you will need to upgrade to the higher version of QBO to view the said report.

If you already use the supported subscription and the report is not visible, we can help you troubleshoot this problem. We can use these keyboard shortcuts to access the incognito and private modes easily: 

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Alternatively, you can use the search bar on your Reports page to search for the Profit and Loss Details.
