Could you please also advise how to handle a subscription bill with an issue date Dec 23, 2023 for the billing period of Dec 23, 2023  - Jan 23, 2024 where I would like to split the costs between 2023 and 2024 accordingly? The payment is made by a credit card on the date of billing.
