QuickBooks highlights the latest memorized transaction or the one at the top when you open the Memorized Transaction list. But, you can arrange their order according to your preferences. Simply drag the diamond icon beside the transaction and put the one you want to highlight at the top of the list. We understand that it would be helpful to automatically sort the memorized transaction list by due date. However, this feature is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). To help improve your experience with QBDT, your valuable feedback goes directly to our product development team for review and consideration.
Here's how to send it:
- Go to the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
- Enter your comments or suggestions.
- Click Next to submit.
