Buy nowI'm having the exact same issue with MD Unemployment Insurance filings/payments. Provided MD the POA and Beacon is showing POA active for PayCycle. QBO is showing 'action required' and 'file manually.' I spoke to MD Dept of Unemployment Insurance and was told they do not contact QBO. I was told to tell QBO the status is active and good to go. I have spent HOURS on the phone with QBO payroll support, uploaded screenshots, and right now I'm on hold for 55 minutes while the rep 'waiting to talk to a peer.' I don't get why this is so difficult.
