QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows you to customize the appearance and layout of sales forms such as invoices. This allows you to personalize them according to your preferences.
Here's how to create a custom invoice style in QBO:
- Click the Gear icon at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Custom form styles under Your company.
- Press the New style dropdown and then pick Invoice.
- Go to the Content tab.
- Choose the Table part of the invoice.
- Tick or untick the desired options.
- Tap Done.
After customizing the invoice style, create a new invoice and select the custom form style you have created. You can do this by going to the Design section on the right panel and choosing the template you've just created.
