The Office of the President did not respond the way I had anticipated and suggested the same as you starting with customer support, Tier 1. I am not to that point because like most business and/or sole proprietors I have many business tasks to perform. Statements are not at the top of the list until once a month, and then becomes the dreaded task. I will be reaching out before the end of June 2024 to get it resolved as I have made progress with the other issues, I have faced with QBD23. I am not a novice with QB, so this has been very disappointing. Recently on another issue the customer service suggested I upgrade to QBD24, but I will not do that until I can get QBD23 running smoothly and efficiently. I understand the world of computer science is evolving every day, it's keeping up with it and running a business with limited resources at the same time in a difficult economy.
