I appreciate your feedback on the recent update to the invoices and estimates format, @5star3.Your input is valuable to us, and I want to address each of your concerns thoroughly.

 

First, I recognize the importance of having the feature to hide costs and line item amounts from customers and competitors in your QuickBooks mobile app.

 

Secondly, I appreciate your effort in submitting a ticket via phone. For now, the best way to share your feedback is by communicating directly with our Product Developers. They consistently review user feedback to ensure a seamless experience across both desktop and mobile platforms.

 

To send your input, here's how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon located at the top-right corner of your screen.
  3.  Under the Profile section, select Feedback.
  4. Type in your suggestions and then click on Next.

 

In the meantime, you can track feature requests through the Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online website.
