I appreciate the response, but I do  not want it to save any excel file as a .csv file.  I tried clicking the email button, then send report as excel, and I got a message that said I do not have the correct excel and I could not export it.  I have checked with my IT and they say I have the latest excel and they do not understand what version I need to do this.  This feature stopped working after 2023 updates.  We have uninstalled QB's and Microsoft and I have, as was suggested by a QB's tech, to save the excel as xlsx, which I changed to save as that, and NOTHING works.  I don't know what else to do.  I am soooo tired trying to figure this out.
