We can navigate to the Account and settings to unlock your books so you can make necessary corrections and updates to your records, @KHBS

Here's how: 
 

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon, then Account and settings
  2. Hover to the Advanced tab and click the Edit icon of the Accounting section. 
  3. Toggle off the Close the books switch. 
  4. Click Save, then Done
