Hello @JP Dmitriy,

 

Currently, we're unable to break out the address into cities and states. However, you can export your report to Excel and add them manually. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Go to Reports, then type "Transaction List by Customer Report".
  2. Select the Customize button to filter the report.
  3. Click the Export icon, then Export to Excel.
  4. In the Excel spreadsheet, manually add columns for state and city.
  5. Highlight the title row, and then click Data at the top.
  6. Choose Filter. See attached screenshot at the bottom.
