No, Quickbooks 2020 was just installed on this computer on Saturday, it's a new computer and new installation. I'm not going to go through the questionable exercise of reinstalling.

The question remains, from the very beginning, which has still not been answered: is it even a problem that it doesn't pass the "verify" step, and if so, how to fix it. If "Rebuild Data" can't fix it, and if there are utilities that go beyond this on the Windows side, what tools are available for Mac users? 

There seems to be a lot of misinformation or unclear information here, and the actual question being asked seems to be lost in the shuffle.
