Depending on the processing time of your payroll service, you may be able to delete the paycheck.
If the paycheck isn't submitted yet, you'll still be able to delete it. You can follow the detailed steps provided by my colleague Joseph_A above to delete it.
However, if it's already submitted, I suggest contacting our Phone Support Team by requesting a callback. This way, they can help delete or void the paycheck.
Here's how you can request a callback from within QuickBooks Online:
- Click the Help button at the upper right corner, then select Contact US.
- Enter your question in the What can we help you with? field and choose Continue.
- Select the Get a callback option.
- Fill out your contact information, then select Call me.
