I accidentailly added in materials rembursment in to one of my sub contractors 1099s. I have corrected the transactions but when I try to submit it I get this error: Correcting the recipient name or TIN is currently unavailable. We are actively working to enable this feature.

I am not trying to change the name or TIN. Does anyone know what to do?
