Thanks for posting here. Are you referring to a charge on your bank or credit card account? If so, let me share some details on how you can check it.
You may use our Look Up Charge tool. Simply enter the details required and it'll show you related transactions.
In addition, you can check your QuickBooks Online billing history to see what are services you've paid for.
- From the Gear icon, select Account and settings.
- Review the Billing & Subscription tab.
It'd also be best to seek some help from our Support Team since they have all the tools needed to see what exactly that charge is.
- Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
- When asked by the bot, enter "Billing Inquiry".
- Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
- Choose either Chat or Callback.
