If you haven't completed the payroll setup, you can go to the Overview page to complete the task: Please see the steps below:
Click Workers on the left panel.
In the Overview page, locate the TO DO section.
Then, click Let's go.
However, we can try a few basic troubleshooting steps if you're unable to run payroll in the Employees page.
Log in to the private browser and let's see if you're able to run payroll. Follow the private browser's shortcut keys:
For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
For Internet Explorer Ctrl+Shift+P.
Firefox press Ctrl+Shift+P.
For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N.
Using private browser doesn't store cache. This way, we will know if it's the regular browser which causes this.
If it works fine, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. It allows your browser to function more efficiently . Another option is to use a compatible browser with QuickBooks Online.
