I have had a diverse career journey, starting as an agent in merchant services and working my way up to becoming a senior account representative. However, my entrepreneurial spirit led me toward other ventures. During the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic, I saw an opportunity and launched CyberPayments, which later evolved into the remarkable entity known as Proven PCI. At CyberPayments, our primary focus was on guiding merchants to switch to our services while ensuring their PCI Compliance. We took a comprehensive approach by implementing hardware solutions such as firewalls, antivirus software, and robust policies. Our mission was clear - we aimed to provide merchants with tangible proof of compliance, going beyond the prevalent checkbox mentality and validating the legitimacy of their PCI Compliance. CyberPayments was acquired by a processor based in Las Vegas within just a year of its inception. This exciting development paved the way for the relaunch of our company in 2021 as Proven PCI. Our aim is to revolutionize the industry by redefining Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). We have observed that many small merchants often assume compliance or rely solely on their providers without fully understanding the requirements. This lack of awareness, combined with the financial burden of implementing cybersecurity measures, creates an imbalance. At Proven PCI, we are determined to change the game. We have developed an innovative "PCI-in-a-Box" solution that equips merchants with all the necessary cybersecurity tools to meet compliance requirements. Through our cutting-edge SaaS model, known as PCIaaS, we automate the process of obtaining and maintaining compliance, saving businesses valuable time and resources. Our dedication and vision have garnered recognition, and we have received investments from prestigious organizations such as The Batchery. Additionally, we had the honor of winning the esteemed "Next Big Thing" pitch competition held in Memphis. For me, PCI is not just a technical term; it represents Protecting Customers' Information.
