I'm having the same problem. I'm trying to enter a lower tax rate (Texas workforce Commission lowered it) and it keeps saying it has to be between .31 and 6.31%...
I'm in agreement with you that it not only creates more work having to send them manually through my yahoo email account. But it also makes me look unorganized....
