Sorry for the late reply - we just manually check invoices as they are billed to ensure tax is being calculated. It's a pain, but QBO has become an untrustworth...
This doesn't work still, and customer service isn't helpful with this - we've spent hours on the phone with them only for them to not be able to figure it out.
