Mine finally started working properly about a month ago. I do believe Intuit issued an update that corrected it for me. I am not sure why it didn't work for you...
Not sure if I was just lucky but my QB Enterprise started working properly after the last update. Sorry this is happening to you. It is so frustrating.
I have also had the same issue as everyone else. Freezing and slow in employee file only however, now I can not open the employee tab at all. QB just shuts down...
