Why do you think it's a bug? It says in the Turbo Tax import menu "Quickbooks(2022-2024). Looks like TT is not supporting versions of QBD older than 2022
In TurboTax, if you go to the File>Import menu from the top bar, it only has the option of importing from QB 2022-2024. So apparently they aren't supporting old...
