    Yes I understand. Only reason being is that I run Canadian finances and Quickbooks for Mac doesn't support CAD$

    Even if I hold the control button down the first thing that pops up (even before the Quickbooks indicates that its opening) is the status code 5528 message.

    No. As soon as I double click on the quickbooks icon the status code pops up.
