I cannot access merchant service center. I am attempting to set up users for payment accounts. It will let me log in locally but through the web browser it says my account doesn't exist. I can choose "forgot password" and it sends me an email to reset password. Then log back in and user doesn't exist. I go back to merchant service center and get a dead link. I have verified that cookies are enabled and the default browser is Internet Explorer. Also my payment role: user id shows that I am a limited user and not admin. I should be the admin.
