yes in know, its something that needs to be fixed as far as being a subscriber goes, and its not cheap then to have to do the extra work while the other states ...

we can't do this with HI w2s, it does not work, HI is not a listed state to choose from

HI is not on the list, that's the problem. i did the steps above and can't do it because you don't have HI on the list of states that's allowed
