Thanks for getting back to us, @Meeg.
Based on the compliance in submitting forms, you can only submit the forms once to the IRS or States. The only way to re-submit the W-2s form to Wisconsin is to file the form manually outside QuickBooks as mentioned by my peer above.
For your reference, you can archive the form to get the information when filling the W-2s form outside QuickBooks. Here's how:
Go to the Employees menu.
Select Payroll Tax Forms & W-2s.
Click Process Payroll Form.
Under Filling History, find the W-2.
To access your W-2 information, click on the link under the Saved PDF column.
Also, I suggest contacting the Wisconsin Department of Revenue for more information on how to submit the W-2s form if they accept printed forms.

Thanks for getting back to us, Meeg.
Finding new ways to adapt to our customers’ needs is how QuickBooks gets even better. I appreciate you for sending feedback which helps our Product Development team decide which feature will be implemented on the next future update. The change is also based on how popular a specific feature request is. I can see how this feature would be beneficial to your business, and I'm also preparing a feedback submission to our Product Development Team right now.
Please know that you're always welcome to post here in the QuickBooks Community if you have any other concerns. We're always got your back.
